Are you getting the best out of your Apple Macintosh?

With over 20 years of experience of the macintosh computer right from the early days of the mac plus I provide personal, one-to-one help and advice in the South of England.

Inviting someone into your own home to help you with your computer can be a daunting step to take. In these days of regular online attacks on our computers you need to be able to ensure the security of your personal information. Be assured though, that I am both polite and courteous, which will give you the confidence to know that I do respect your privacy and confidentiality.

I offer a simple fee structure that is easy to understand. I charge £20 an hour for each hour or part of an hour.

Any appointment over 15 miles from my business address has a minimum charge of £40 and attracts a travelling charge of 40 pence per mile in addition to the hourly rate. Appointments over 40 miles would necessitate either a full or half day.
